As you cross onto Carolina Beach over the Snow’s Cut Bridge, continue straight on Lake Park Blvd for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Carl Winner Drive for 0.1 miles, then turn left onto Canal Drive. Take an immediate right after the Scotchman gas station onto Pelican Lane for 0.1 miles and then take a left on Carolina Beach Avenue North. Continue straight for 1.5 miles and you will reach your building on the right-hand side in the Seascape Community. You are the second of the two ocean-front buildings and your building is light blue in color. You can park in any empty spots in the parking lot in front of those two buildings or you can refer to your parking layout photo that was included in your welcome guide for additional community parking across the street. Please avoid street parking as it is metered and patrolled by the town of CB. Also avoid the solo spot on the north end of your parking lot in front of the beach access as that is also town metered parking. Be sure to grab your parking pass from the kitchen counter inside your unit straight away upon arriving.
